Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SpyCase, you (and your parent or guardian, if you are under 18) agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

SpyCase is a spy gadget app designed for children. It includes spy missions, secret code encoding and decoding, daily challenges, achievements, and a mission timer. The app is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. Core features work offline without an internet connection.

In-App Purchases

SpyCase is free to download and use with a selection of features available at no cost. An optional one-time in-app purchase ("Unlock Everything") is available to access all premium content, including additional code types, missions, and features.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not handle any payment or billing information directly.

Refunds: Since all purchases are processed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your purchase at no additional cost through the restore option in the app.

Age and Parental Consent

SpyCase is designed for children ages 6 and above. If you are under 13 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use this app. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of SpyCase, including any in-app purchases.

No account creation, registration, or personal information is required to use the app. We recommend that parents enable Apple's parental controls to manage purchase permissions.

Safety and Physical Activities

Some SpyCase missions may involve physical activities or movement in real-world environments. Parents and guardians should ensure that missions are carried out safely, in appropriate environments, and under proper supervision. We recommend that children do not perform missions near roads, water, or other hazardous areas.

SpyCase and its developer are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the performance of missions. All physical activities are undertaken at your own risk.

Privacy

Intellectual Property

All content in SpyCase, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, missions, sound effects, animations, and code, is the property of SpyCase and its developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SpyCase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the app or the performance of any missions, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the use of SpyCase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for in-app purchases within the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify SpyCase at any time without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of SpyCase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage parents and guardians to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
