Who We Are

SpyCase is developed and operated by Mohamed Ahmed ("we," "us," "our"). SpyCase is a spy gadget app designed for children. We are committed to protecting the privacy and safety of all our users, especially children.

Data We Collect

SpyCase does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from its users.

  • No accounts, sign-ups, or registration required
  • No names, emails, phone numbers, or personal details collected
  • No photos, camera, or microphone access
  • No location or GPS tracking
  • No advertising, ad identifiers, or ad tracking
  • No analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking by us
  • No contact list, calendar, or device data access

What Is Stored on Your Device

The app saves your chosen agent name, mission progress, settings preferences, and achievement data locally on your device using on-device storage. This data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is not accessible to us or any third party. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

In-App Purchases

SpyCase offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Unlock Everything") to access premium content. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, billing details, or financial data. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

To verify and restore purchases, SpyCase communicates with RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management service. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app user identifier, purchase receipt data from Apple, and non-personal device metadata (such as OS version, device model, and locale) for purchase analytics. RevenueCat does not receive any personally identifiable information such as names, emails, or contact details from SpyCase. Third-Party Services

SpyCase uses the following third-party service:

  • RevenueCat — used solely for managing in-app purchase verification and restoration. RevenueCat may receive anonymous purchase data and non-personal device metadata. No personally identifiable information is shared.

SpyCase does not include any advertising networks, analytics tools, social media integrations, or other tracking services. Apart from in-app purchase functionality, the app operates entirely offline.

SpyCase includes the ability to share encoded messages and mission achievements via the device's built-in share sheet (e.g. Messages, Email, AirDrop). This is always user-initiated and no data is shared automatically or sent to us.

Children's Privacy

SpyCase is designed for children and is built in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international children's privacy regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies to children and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children of any age or from any user. Because SpyCase collects no personal data, there is no personal information to review, modify, or delete.

In-app purchases require parental approval through Apple's built-in parental controls and purchase authentication (such as password or Face ID confirmation).

Information for Parents and Guardians

We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in their children's use of SpyCase. The app collects no personal data and, apart from optional in-app purchases, requires no internet connection. Your child can use it safely without any risk of data collection or online exposure.

We recommend enabling Apple's Screen Time or parental controls if you wish to manage in-app purchase access for your child.

Data Retention and Deletion

All app data (agent name, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this data and do not retain any user data on any server. To delete all app data, simply uninstall SpyCase from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage parents and guardians to review this policy periodically.

Website

This privacy policy applies to the SpyCase mobile application. The SpyCase website (spycase.app) uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated website usage data such as page views and visitor counts. No personal data or cookies are used to identify individual website visitors. This website analytics data is entirely separate from the mobile app and is not linked to any app user.
